Lil Wayne court case in jeopardy after rapper's seizures

Lil Wayne's recent health woes could mean bad news for his lawsuit against a documentarian whom he accuses of portraying him scandalously and using his music without permission.

According to TMZ, Wayne had to miss a scheduled testimony on Friday, Oct. 26 because of his two hospitalizations for seizure-like symptoms, which grounded two separate flights he was on when he suffered the medical emergencies mid-air.

Now, sources tell TMZ that Wayne probably won't be able to testify on Monday, either, and likely not for some time after that. That would mean a severe disruption to the lives of the jurors, so the judge might be forced to declare a mistrial or make Wayne's lawyers present the case without the rapper's testimony.

Wayne is suing Quincy Jones III over his documentary about the making of "Tha Carter III," and has already been deposed (to hilarious results) in the case.
