Kim Kardashian's birthday gift from Kanye West could be an engagement ring

Kim Kardashian turns 32 tomorrow, and rumors are flying that Grammy-winning superstar boyfriend Kanye West will mark the occasion by popping the marriage question during the couple's current vacation in Rome.

Take this one with a grain of salt, though, because the source of the rumors is Ryan Seacrest. He's a producer on E!'s "Keeping Up the Kardashians" (yes, we can blame him) and he mentioned the possibility of a Kim and Kanye engagement on his radio show Friday, telling co-host Ellen K, "I think we could definitely see an update on this story on Monday."

That spurred gossip site RadarOnline to breathlessly report that "it's only a matter of time" before Kim and Kanye tie the knot. "It's just a case of making sure the ring is perfect because she's his princess," an anonymous source tells Radar.

And, of course, we know Kim likes things to be perfect.
