Katie Holmes bans actors from her dating life - report

Happily single Katie Holmes reportedly has one guideline for any potential matchmakers: no actors. After seven years in the grips of Tom Cruise, can you really blame the girl?

Katie divorced Tom earlier this year, and rekindled her friendships will old flames Chris Klein and Joshua Jackson. Radar cites a Katie source saying, "Her previous relationships with Joshua, Chris and Tom didn't work out, so she thinks she should look away from her own profession."

The source tells Radar Katie has been meeting lots of artist types in New York and may start mining the art world for her next companion.  

Someone may want to alert Katie's father Martin, since rumor has it he's on the hunt for a replacement husband for daddy's little girl.
