Kanye West and Kim Kardashian caught Miami house-hunting

Things seem to be getting pretty serious between Kanye West and Kim Kardashian. Though she isn't getting married to her longtime friend just yet, the couple is looking at buying a house.

Perez Hilton reports that West and Kardashian spent their time in Miami on Monday (Oct. 8) shopping for some pretty expensive treats. After checking out what Louis Vuitton had to offer, the duo looked at properties around the city. TMZ is reporting that the houses they visited cost between $7 and $10 million. We're surprised they wouldn't look for a place in New York or Los Angeles, but maybe they need a vacation home.

To end the day, the couple dined at Prime 112 in Miami Beach. Perez Hilton's sources claim that West isn't "as tight with Kim as he used to be," but this sighting seems to prove otherwise. Meanwhile, Bruce Jenner told E! News yesterday that his step-daughter is "happy" with her boyfriend, so that sounds like a good sign.

Good luck to the both of them -- hopefully their lease will last longer than Kardashian's marriage to Kris Humphries did (and costs a lot less).
