Honey Boo Boo sleeps through 'Dr. Drew' interview

Dr. Drew Pinsky interviewed "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" star, Alana Thompson and her mom June for his Headline News talk show. The term "interviewed" is used loosely here, as Alana chose to feign narcolepsy just as Pinsky returned from a commercial break.

The precocious little self-proclaimed redneck snored loudly, as the good doctor pelted her with questions about her reality TV career. Then, the Honey Boo Boo child suddenly awoke, and stayed alert long enough to respond to Drew's question about whether she likes being on television. "No," says Alana, "because fans come up to me and I hate it."

Sounds like she hates doing press promotion too.
