Holly Madison baby bump watch in full effect at Las Vegas picnic

Dog lover and mother-to-be, Holly Madison shows off her growing baby bump in a demure -- well, demure for Holly's standards -- yellow babydoll dress at the Forever Home Family Picnic in Las Vegas.

Already a mom to multiple canines, Holly is pictured in OK! posing with rescue pups at the event held to honor people who have given forever homes to shelter dogs.

The former Playboy Playmate and star of "The Girls Next Door" announced her pregnancy earlier this year with boyfriend Pasquale Rotella, a Vegas party promoter. Holly ended her relationship with ex-boyfriend Hugh Hefner in 2008.

With a baby on the way, Holly is making preparations to vacate her headlining roles in Las Vegas stage production, "Peepshow." Coco Austin will take over the burlesque duties in December.
