Guy Ritchie and Jacqui Ainsley engaged

Director Guy Ritchie and girlfriend Jacqui Ainsley are engaged to be married, a source confirms to People.

"They're over the moon in love," says a friend of the couple.

Ritchie is best known as the man behind "Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels," "Snatch" and the "Sherlock Holmes" movies -- and also for being Madonna's ex-husband with whom she has two sons, Rocco, 12, and David, 7.

But Madonna and Ritchie divorced in 2008 and in April 2010, he took up with Ainsley, a British model who, among other projects, appeared in the opening for Bond movie "Die Another Day."

Ainsley gave birth to their son, Rafael, in September 2011 and is pregnant with their second child, due in about six weeks.
