George Clooney sings 'Sweet Caroline' with Neil Diamond

George Clooney cemented his place in many a heart -- seriously though, who was still up in the air about Clooney? -- when he performed an impromptu duet of "Sweet Caroline" with Neil Diamond at The Carousel of Hope Ball.

The event, benefiting the Children's Diabetes Foundation, was emceed by Jay Leno and honored Clooney. The legendary Neil Diamond was among the event's special musical guests, as selected by Clive Davis and Quincy Jones.

Though he didn't exactly belt out the crowd favorite, Clooney was a good sport, and with George at the mic, good times never seemed so good ... so good, so good.
