Brian Austin Green and Megan Fox baby born: Noah Shannon Green is 'healthy, happy, perfect'

Megan Fox has announced the birth of her baby boy with husband Brian Austin Green. The actress writes on her Facebook page, "I would like to release this myself before others do. I gave birth to our son Noah Shannon Green on September 27th. He is healthy, happy, and perfect."

The couple have been at home with the baby for a few weeks since his birth.

We are humbled to have the opportunity to call ourselves the parents of this beautiful soul," says Megan, "and I am forever grateful to God for allowing me to know this kind of boundless, immaculate love."

Megan's pregnancy was confirmed in April 2012. Noah is the couple's first child together, though Brian has a son from a previous relationship with actress Vanessa Marcil.
