Aziz Ansari and Chris Pratt want you to 'give a spit about cancer'

"Parks and Recreation" stars -- and all-around wiseguys -- Aziz Ansari and Chris Pratt are lending their saliva to a good cause.

There are 10,000 leukemia and lymphoma patients looking for bone marrow donor matches, according to DoSomething.org and Be The Match. In a YouTube video, Aziz and Chris talk about just how easy it is to register as a donor.

"All you have to do is swab your cheek with a cotton swab and mail it back to save someone with blood cancer disease," says Aziz.

"Everybody's doing it," Chris says. "Don't you want to be cool?"

Aziz, as usual, takes it just one step further: "Last time I swabbed my cheek and got on the bone marrow registry, let's just say I made love to several beautiful women."

The Give a Spit About Cancer campaign is targeting college students to participate in the easy donor registry program throughout the fall. Nadya Dutchin of Be The Match says,"We are hoping to reach thousands of students, especially males and minority students between the ages of 18 to 24, as those are the donors that are needed most right now."
