Tori Spelling hospitalized, had emergency surgery after pregnancy

Tori Spelling has been hospitalized following emergency surgery this weekend to fix a "dangerous complication from her recent childbirth," TMZ is reporting.

Details are scant at this point, but Spelling was apparently rushed to the hospital on Saturday and the complication results from a c-section procedure she had in August during the birth of her fourth child, Finn Davey McDermott.

Spelling remains in the hospital for recovery and TMZ notes the former "Beverly Hills 90210" star was also hospitalized after the birth of third child, Hattie, for complications from migraines.
