Michelle Obama's speech wasn't the only thing she nailed at the Democratic National Convention.

The first lady is garnering rave reviews for her manicure -- a bold blue-gray shade often called "greige" -- that perfectly complemented the lavender trim of her stunning pink Tracy Reese dress.
