Kathy Griffin without makeup on hike with boyfriend Randy Bick

Rocking a blue Jimmy Kimmel T-shirt, athletic shorts and sneakers, Kathy Griffin went hiking in Hollywood on Wednesday (Sept. 19) with her 33-year-old boyfriend, Randy Bick. Aside from her signature red hair pulled into a bun, though, the funny lady looked almost unrecognizable (check out the pics here).

But who can blame the 51-year-old comedian for leaving the cosmetics at home when out getting some exercise?

And despite having admitted to various plastic surgery procedures in the past, Griffin tweeted earlier this summer that she's not doing anything of the sort lately.

"I SWEAR I haven't had anything in YEARS! Promise.No Botox, fillers NUTHIN!" she writes.

So that makeup-free face really is au naturel.
