Jesse Williams of 'Grey's Anatomy' marries girlfriend Aryn Drake-Lee

"Grey's Anatomy" star Jesse Williams is a married man.

Williams, who plays Dr. Jackson Avery on the ABC hospital drama, married his girlfriend of five-plus years, Aryn Drake-Lee, on Saturday (Sept. 1), People reports. The couple exchanged vows at a ceremony in Los Angeles.

Williams and Drake-Lee met when was working as a teacher in New York prior to chasing his Hollywood dream. They've remained together "through thick and thin," he told USA Today a couple years ago.

In addition to "Grey's Anatomy," Williams has starred in "The Cabin in the Woods" and "The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2."
