Gwyneth Paltrow talks postpartum depression and having more children at 40

Gwyneth Paltrow is the latest cover girl for InStyle Magazine -- and her interviewer, Diane Von Furstenberg, really got into the personal details, particularly when it comes to Paltrow's children with husband Chris Martin.

Paltrow tells the mag that she had very different experiences with daughter Apple and son Moses when they were infants.

"When Apple was born, she had the hugest blue eyes. I looked into them, and she was looking at me, and I felt like, You are here to teach me everything," she says. "After [Moses] was born I had postpartum depression. It was a difficult time, and because of that I believe I have an extra empathy for him, and he for me."

Gwyneth, who is about to turn 40 next week, says she's considered having more children but has some reservations about it. "My brain says, 'Oh, I think I'm done, the kids are so big now, and I don't want to go back to changing diapers,'" she says. "But a part of me would love to have another. Of course, I'm old now!"
