Bill and Giuliana Rancic debut baby Edward Duke pictures

Bill and Giuliana Rancic's struggles with conceiving have been well-documented in the media for the past couple years, but on Aug. 30, the couple welcomed baby boy Edward Duke into the world via a gestational surrogate.

Now they have debuted the bundle of joy to the world on the cover of the latest Life & Style magazine (above).

"I had always heard that when you have a baby it completes your life -- and it's true. I love my baby, and I love my new role," says Giuliana.

"It's amazing how maternal instincts have taken over, and Giuliana's just supermom. It literally brought tears to my eyes the other day watching her with Duke," adds Bill.

"I couldn't believe that all those years of struggling and the tears actually paid off. Every shot, every doctor's visit -- in the end, when you're holding your baby in your arms, you forget it all, and it's worth it," Giuliana finishes.
