Adrienne Maloof gets temporary custody of sons after choking allegations against Paul Nassif

A judge awarded Adrienne Maloof temporary custody of her three sons on Wednesday (Sept. 19) after the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star claimed that her husband, Paul Nassif, choked one of the boys on Thursday, reports TMZ.

In Maloof's declaration filed by her lawyer, she writes that two of the children were kicking each other as Nassif drove them home from school. Nassif then allegedly reached back and choked one of his sons.

Later the same day, one of the boys peed in the tub while the kids were taking a bath together, leading to another fight amongst the other two children. Maloof alleges that Nassif then grabbed one of their sons, spanked him and "threw him in the corner."

TMZ also reports that Nassif wasn't aware of Wednesday's hearing, though he denies the allegations.

Nassif's attorney, Lisa Meyer, tells TMZ, "This smacks of underhandedness. Adrienne wasn't even present when this allegedly occurred."
