Vanessa Marcil and Carmine Giovinazzo file for divorce

Former "Las Vegas" and "General Hospital" star Vanessa Marcil and husband Carmine Giovinazzo of "CSI: NY" are divorcing. According to TMZ, Marcil filed for divorce in the Los Angeles County Superior Court this week, citing "irreconcilable differences."

Marcil is also reportedly seeking attorney's fees and spousal support from Giovinazzo. The pair married in July 2010 and nearly a year later announced the impending birth of their first child, but Marcil suffered a miscarriage in December 2011.

Marcil was previously married to actor Corey Feldman in the early 1990s and also dated her "90210" co-star Brian Austin Green, with whom she has a son, Kassius, age 10.
