Trista Sutter debuts plastic surgery body: A boob job and an eye lift

"Bachelorette" Trista Sutter, most notably famous for being part of one of the few successful relationships to come out of the "Bachelor" franchise of shows, has undergone some recent plastic surgery.

Life & Style debuts the before and after photos, in which Sutter shows off her blepharoplasty (eye lift) and breast augmentation that took her from a small B cup to a full C cup.

Sutter, 39, says of the decision to have the surgery, "After nursing both my kids for a year each, my boobs were deflated and I had a droopy eye. It was something that I noticed in every picture I've ever taken."

"I realized that the surgery was something I had to do for myself, just for my own self-confidence and to feel good again about being in bathing suits and being intimate with my husband [Ryan]," she continues. "He wanted me to be happy, so he said, 'Whatever you need to do to make yourself happy, go for it. I wanted to feel pretty again -- and I do!"
