Spice Girls reunite for 2012 Summer Olympics Closing Ceremony

U.K. super group of the 1990s the Spice Girls reunited Sunday night (Aug. 12) to perform for the closing ceremony of the London 2012 Summer Olympics. Victoria Beckham, Melanie Brown, Emma Bunton, Melanie Chisholm and Geri Halliwell -- Posh, Scary, Baby, Sporty and Ginger Spice -- took to the stage for "Wannabe" and "Spice Up Your Life" while circling Olympic Stadium.

This is the first time the girls have performed together since their reunion tour in 2007-2008. They did announce earlier this year that there is a musical in the works that will be based on their music.

After the performance, Beckham tweeted the above picture along with the caption, "We did it!! I love u girls so much!!!!! xxx vb."
