Robert Pattinson 'Good Morning America' interview has 'no restrictions': Will he talk about Kristen Stewart?

Robert Pattinson is known for being fairly tight-lipped about his personal life, but in the wake of Kristen Stewart's cheating scandal, will the "Twilight" actor open up during his appearance on "Good Morning America" on Aug. 15? Perhaps.

A source tells HollywoodLife.com that there are "no restrictions" during the interview and "everything's on the table." Pattinson will be on the show to promote his new movie "Cosmopolis," which comes out Aug. 17, but what everyone's hoping is that he'll finally make some sort of statement about his girlfriend's makeout session with married director Rupert Sanders.

"Good Morning America" may be a little gun-shy about the topic, though, given the fact that Chris Brown reportedly lost it backstage at "GMA" after Robin Roberts asked him about his legal and image troubles stemming from allegations of domestic violence against Rihanna. Not that we can really see Pattinson pulling a Chris Brown ...

Either way, Pattinson will get a chance to warm up before his "GMA" spot with an appearance on "The Daily Show" with Jon Stewart on Aug. 15.
