'Paranormal Activity 4' trailer delivers predictable chills

Just in time for Halloween, Paramount is adding another installment to its wildly successful "Paranormal Activity" franchise with "Paranormal Activity 4." For anyone who missed 1, 2 and/or 3 -- don't worry, there's no need to catch up.

Here's the basic premise of all the movies: Someone moves into a house that is possessed by malevolent spirits who are bent on driving crazy/killing the new inhabitants.

This time around the main character is a teenaged girl who spends a lot of time on Skype showing her boyfriend things like the creepy neighbor kid who stands in the driveway like one of those freaks from "Paranormal Activity" 1, 2 and 3.

Look for the movie in theaters on Oct. 19.
