Bill and Giuliana Rancic have baby boy Edward Duke

Bill and Giuliana Rancic have had their fair share of hard times in the last couple years. Their struggle with conception and Giuliana's subsequent breast cancer diagnosis and mastectomy have been well documented in the news and on their show "Giuliana & Bill,"

But it's good news for them Thursday (Aug. 30) -- their gestational surrogate has delivered their son, Bill announced via Twitter.

"The 'Duke' has landed! Edward Duke Rancic was welcomed into the world last night at 7lbs 4oz. G & I feel blessed beyond words...We did it" he tweets.
