'Bachelorette' Jen Schefft and husband Joe Waterman welcome second daughter

Former "Bachelorette" Jen Schefft and husband Joe Waterman have welcomed their second daughter, the reality star announced over Twitter Thursday (Aug. 9). But the big day was actually over a week ago. Schefft tweets:

"Our little Charlotte Grace Waterman was born 7/31/12 weighing 8lbs 3oz! She is a doll and we couldn't be happier!"

Charlotte joins big sister Mae Elizabeth, who was born Nov. 13, 2010. Schefft was the girl who won Andrew Firestone's heart on "The Bachelor" in 2003, then went on to star on "The Bachelorette" two years later when it didn't work out.

Schefft subsequently has an "I choose me" moment on her season of "The Bachelorette" and met her husband Joe on a blind date in 2008. They married a year later.
