2012 Summer Olympics: Gabby Douglas says winning the women's gymnastics all-around is 'an amazing feeling'

She has had an amazing Olympic Games, as the only gymnast who competed on all four apparatuses for the team competition, and now a dominant win over Russians Victoria Komova and Aliya Mustafina in the individual all-around (they took silver and bronze, respectively).

Following the win, she tells NBC, "It is everything I thought it'd be. Being the Olympic champion is definitely an amazing feeling. I give all the glory to God. The glory goes up to him and the blessings fall down on me."

Unfortunately, there were not another U.S. gymnast on the podium alongside Gabby. Aly Raisman had a fall on the beam and a couple bobbles on bars that kept her off the podium. She actually tied Mustafina for third, but the tiebreaker awarded the Russian girl the bronze medal.

Raisman tweets after the competition, "Still such an amazing experience I'm so excited for floor and beam finals! I'm so proud and happy. I hope I made America proud tonight :)"
