Sandra Bullock movie melee: Bus crashes on set of 'The Heat'

Sandra Bullock escaped injury today (July 9) when a city bus collided with a production truck on the Boston set of her new cop comedy flick, "The Heat."

Unfortunately, many of the bus's passengers weren't so lucky: At least 11 other people were transported to the hospital, Boston.com reports, after the morning crash outside the Roxbury Municipal Courthouse.

According to a spokesman for the Boston Fire Department, none of the passengers suffered life-threatening injuries.

"The Heat" costars Melissa McCarthy and is directed by her 'Bridesmaids" helmer, Paul Feig.
