Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick welcome baby girl Penelope

Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick are now parents two times over.

The E! reality stars welcomed their second child, a girl, to the world early Sunday (July 8), E! Online reports. Her name is Penelope Scotland Disick, and she entered the world at 7 pounds, 14 ounces.

"Scott and I are overjoyed to welcome our precious angel Penelope Scotland Disick into our lives," Kardashian says in a statement. "We are forever blessed. Mommy and baby are resting comfortably."

Grandmother Kris Jenner reports that Penelope looks just like her big brother Mason and that Kourtney had "an easy delivery."

The delivery went so smoothly, in fact, that Kourtney (or whoever handles her social media outreach) found time Sunday evening to tweet reminders to watch Sunday's episode of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians."
