Kate Middleton recycles Alexander McQueen dress at Wimbledon
On Wednesday (July 4), while Americans were busy celebrating independence, the royal family was taking in a little tennis. At least two royals -- Prince William and his wife, Kate Middleton. The newlyweds stopped by Wimbledon to watch a quarterfinal match between Brit Andy Murray and Spain's David Ferrer. The Duchess of Cambridge (Middleton) wore a cream Alexander McQueen dress by Sarah Burton that she first debuted on the Canadian leg of her North American tour in summer 2011. She paired the frock with a navy quilted clutch, diamond earrings and loose, natural hair.
Not surprisingly, the royals had primo seats -- they shared the royal box with tennis greats Andre Agassi and Stefi Graf. Earlier this week, William's father, Prince Charles, visited Wimbledon with wife Camilla. Pippa Middleton -- Kate's shapely sister -- also stopped by for a few matches earlier in the week.Based on the pictures at right, it would appear that Kate either finds tennis matches very tense or very boring Or perhaps it's a tense boredom?
