Henry Hopper sued; Dennis Hopper's son accused of rape

Henry Hopper, the 21-year-old son of Dennis Hopper, has been accused of raping a 15-year-old girl after plying her with drugs and alcohol, according to a lawsuit TMZ has obtained.

Hopper is being sued by the mother of an unnamed 16-year-old girl who claims that in 2011, Hopper invited said girl to his home in Venice, Calif., promising drugs and alcohol. The girl, identified only as Jane Doe, claims Hopper would wait until she was intoxicated and then engage her in sexual intercourse, forced oral copulation and sodomy.

Doe's mother claims the girl suffered emotional injuries and was required to seek multiple health care professionals for treatment. It's unclear if Doe ever reported the alleged crimes to law enforcement authorities. The lawsuit is seeking unspecified damages.
