Alexa Vega bares some cleavage in character for 'Machete Kills'

Alexa Vega, the former child star made famous by the "Spy Kids" franchise, has definitely grown up! The 23-year-old actress recently tweeted an instagrammed picture of herself clad in a metallic bra, displaying quite the cleavage.

With news of her recent divorce from husband of two years, Sean Covel, it's easy to mistake this picture as Vega's memorable way of reentering the single world. But rest assured. This isn't the case, and it isn't her former-child-star-gone-wrong moment either. Vega is in character, starring as Killjoy in Robert Rodriguez's latest feature project, "Machete Kills."

"Machete Kills" marks the reunion of Rodriguez and Vega as both first worked together on "Spy Kids." The film is also set to star Amber Heard, Sophia Vergara, Jessica Alba, and Vanessa Hudgens, as well as Lady Gaga, whose movie poster was released Thursday, July 26.
