Tina Turner not dead despite Twitter reports and 'anticipated' obituary

Tina Turner is the latest celeb to fall victim to a death hoax. The "What's Love Got to Do With It" singer is alive and well, according to her rep.

"She wasn't dead on Sunday, she wasn't dead on Thursday, she's not dead today. Someday this will be true, but not this week," Turner's rep says Saturday (June 9), according to a tweet from CNN reporter Deborah Feyerick.

The rumor supposedly started with an "anticipated" obituary for the singer posted on Necropedia.
