Tamera Mowry-Housley and Adam Housley having a boy!

Tamera Mowry, one half of the actress twin sisters Tia and Tamera Mowry, and her husband Adam Housley, a Fox News correspondent, have learned that their bundle of joy will be kicking little blue booties in the air - it's a boy for the couple!

"I'm having a baby boy! We're so thrilled," the actress tells In Touch. She also reveals she's been busy "practicing" diaper changing on her sister Tia's son Cree, who was born almost a year ago.

She also says the nursery is "going to have a sports theme," but they haven't revealed if it will be for a particular sport.
