Miley Cyrus' new album to be 'very adult and sexy'

Miley Cyrus is growing up before our very eyes. First the tween star announces she's planning to tie the knot with Liam Hemsworth. Now she's apparently preparing to put out music that's not kids' stuff.

E! Online quotes a source saying the former "Hannah Montana" star is working on a new album that's "very adult and sexy and believable."

"We are watching a young girl turn into a young woman," the source continues. The report adds that Cyrus is working with big-time producers like Pharrell Williams and Hit-Boy.

Another insider notes that Cyrus, with her new sound, is "having fun making music" for "the first time in her career."

Cyrus announced on Wednesday (June 7) that she and Hemsworth are planning to walk down the aisle. "I'm so happy to be engaged and look forward to a life of happiness with Liam," the 19-year old says.
