Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth engagement: Billy Ray Cyrus happy his daughter found 'true love'

Looks like newly engaged couple Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth have their families' blessings for their pending nuptials.

Miley's dad, Billy Ray Cyrus tweets Wednesday (June 6), "All I ever hoped for as a Daddy was to see my kids reach their dreams. To find happiness ... peace of mind ... and someday know ... true love."

"Billy Ray loves Liam. He's happy his daughter has found the right guy," a source tells People. "The whole family loves Liam."  

Miley and Liam have also reportedly spent time with his family in Australia.

The singer, 19, and "Hunger Games" star, 22, got engaged May 31 after three years of dating.
