Leighton Meester vs her mother Constance: No more paying for plastic surgery and hair extensions

Leighton Meester's "Gossip Girl" character Blair Waldorf may come from Upper East Side royalty, but Meester's beginnings are a bit more humble -- and her family, if possible, is even more wacky.

Meester just won a legal battle against her mother, Constance Meester. According to court documents, Meester was sending her family $7,500 a month to help cover her younger brother's extensive medical bills.

Unfortunately, her mom spent the money elsewhere -- on plastic surgery, botox, and hair extensions.

TMZ reports that Constance told the court that Meester had promised to "take care of her" -- and that's why she spent the funds. The judge dismissed Constance's claims, and Meester is now off the hook from paying mom's weave bills.
