Jennifer Lopez denies she's engaged to Casper Smart

"American Idol" judge Jennifer Lopez took to her website Friday to debunk rumors floating around that boyfriend Casper Smart had proposed.

"Rumors!!! Don't be fooled by the rocks that I got," J-Lo writes, quoting her 2002 hit "Jenny from the Block" in a post titled "The J-Low: The Truth About 'The Ring.'" "No engagement!"

Lopez also asked, "What's the best way to stop a false rumor?"

Lopez, 42, and Smart, 25, have been dating since November, and J-Lo's recently been spotted out with what some thought might be an engagement ring. But it sounds like this ring really doesn't mean a thing.
