Dwayne Johnson sells his Hidden Hills estate for $4.9 million

Can you smell the real estate deal the Rock is cooking? Dwayne Johnson made a cool $4.9 million on Wednesday (June 6) when he sold his Hidden Hills, Calif., estate for close to its $4.9 million asking price, reports TMZ.

The house -- 22 miles from Hollywood -- is 9,120 square feet and has six bathrooms, seven bathrooms, an infinity pool, built in theater and killer views.

Johnson is heading east. According to Too Fab, the professional wrestler turned actor is relocating to a palatial mansion in Southwest Ranches, Fla. That's good since it's close to work -- for now. Johnson is currently filming "Pain and Gain" in the Sunshine State with co-star Mark Wahlberg. The movie follows two bodybuilders who get caught up in an extortion ring.
