'Burn Notice' star Jeffrey Donovan engaged to model Michelle Woods

"Burn Notice" hottie Jeffrey Donovan is engaged to model Michelle Woods, reports E! Online.

Donovan's USA spy show, currently airing its sixth season on the USA network, costars Bruce Campbell and Gabrielle Anwar as sidekicks to Donovan's discredited ("burned") CIA operative, Michael Westen. Emmy winner Sharon Gless plays his mother, Madeline.

Donovan, 44, and Woods, 20, are planning a summer wedding.

The athletic actor is a regular participant in a number of charity events, including the BMW Pro-Am golf tournament and, with his new fiancée, the Nautica South Beach Triathlon to benefit St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Burn Notice airs Thursdays at 9 p.m. on USA.
