Alec Baldwin allegedly punches photographer after getting marriage license with Hilaria Thomas

The New York Daily News is reporting that "30 Rock" actor Alec Baldwin punched one of its photographers in the face Tuesday (June 19) morning outside New York's marriage license bureau.

Marcus Santos was standing with two other photographers outside the building when Baldwin emerged with fiance Hilaria Thomas after apparently obtaining a marriage license.

"He was looking mad," Santos says. "He said, 'Step back, step back.' I said, 'We're moving back.'"

The paper alleges that Baldwin then grabbed a second photographer, Jefferson Siegel.  

"I said, 'Don't touch him,'" Santos says. "I knew he was going to attack me. I stepped back, and he kept coming. He comes after me, starts shoving and punching me -- one time, right in the chin. And then he started shoving me, and pushing me. Then he goes the other way."

Baldwin tells his own version of events on Twitter, posting, "A 'photographer' almost hit me in the face with his camera this morning. ‪#allpaparazzishouldbewaterboarded‬."

An hour later he adds, "I suppose if the offending paparazzi was wearing a hoodie and I shot him, it would all blow over..." and "The photographer who assaulted me has (belatedly) gone to a hospital claiming injuries. Colin Myler and his NOTW scams come to NY..."
