Shirtless Kellan Lutz as Tarzan coming to a theater near you - sort of

Listen -- if you have a ridiculously sculpted torso like Kellan Lutz, and presumably spend a lot of time in the gym to keep up said torso, it's only natural you'd want to accept a role as Tarzan, a.k.a. the permanently shirtless jungle dweller. But after the announcement that the "Twilight Saga" star would play the title role in a new franchise, one part caught our eye.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the movie "performance-capture 3D production." Say wha? Does that mean Lutz's six-pack will be -- gasp! -- fake?

Motion-capture 3-D is the same thing used in "Avatar," so those abs are going to look awesome anyway, but it's true -- we might not get to see that torso in its full, flesh-and-bone glory.

Spencer Locke will be playing Lutz's Jane. She's not too shabby herself -- such attractive people behind this animation!
