Noisy kid at the theater hit by a man who'd had enough
A man from Washington state was tired of a bunch of noisy kids while seeing "Titanic" i 3-D. Did he ask them to stop? Yes, but when they laughed at him, he punched a 10-year-old-boy in the face. Sure, he says he thought it was an adult, but does that excuse it?
"I got so mad that it just happened," Yong Hyun Kim, 21, told police who arrested him the night of April 11, according to Yahoo. The child had a bloody nose and lost a tooth from the punch.
"At one point Yong stepped over the seats and confronted the subjects behind him," the police report says. "Yong said he was talking to the subjects when they started laughing at him. Yong said he became so angry and swung his arm at one of the subjects and him in the face."
It's awful that the child was punched, but we've all had movie experiences like this. Was this man in the right? Let us know your thoughts.
