Michael McKean hit by a car and hospitalized

Actor Michael McKean was hit by a car on Tuesday, May 22 while walking in New York. According to The Wrap, the actor is fine, although his leg was broken. McKean is currently performing in Gore Vidal's Broadway show "The Best Man."

His representative tells the site that this is the first time in McKean's career that he's missed a performance. Now that is an impressive attendance record! Michael, we think this is a good excuse for missing a day of work.

Anyone else hoping for a "Spinal Tap" reunion? Not that many of his movies haven't been a reunion of sorts. Michael, get well soon!
