Matthew Fox charged with DUI

Matthew Fox has been officially charged with DUI, this according to People magazine.
The former "Lost" actor was charged Wednesday (May 9) with two misdemeanor counts - driving under the influence and driving without a license. Fox was initially stopped in Bend, OR in the wee hours of May 4 for a moving violation. But the officer later decided that Fox was under the influence.
He will be arraigned on June 7.
Fox is now the fourth "Lost" alum to get busted for DUI. He joins Daniel Dae Kim, Michelle Rodriguez and Cynthia Watros in this ignominious group.
