Matthew Fox: Bus driver drops assault case

A female bus driver who accused "Lost" star Matthew Fox of assault in August 2011 has withdrawn her case, reports EW.

Heather Bormann claimed that Fox had hit her several times in the chest and groin after she refused to allow him to board a chartered party bus in Cleveland. Bormann's attorney withdrew from the case in April, saying "intentionally failed and refused to provide full and timely cooperation and information" and had failed to pay for his out-of-pocket expenses.

On Tuesday (May 29), Fox's former "Lost" co-star Dominic Monaghan blasted Fox via Twitter, writing that Fox "beats women." In fact, Monaghan claimed Fox was a habitual offender.

"you don't know either of us," tweeted Monaghan, "he beats women. not isolated incidents. often. not interested."
