'Lost's' Matthew Fox arrested for DUI

Matthew Fox was arrested on Friday in Oregon on suspicion of driving under the influence. The one-time "Lost" star was taken into custody, but released later that day, reports TMZ.

Fox -- in a move that emulates his flash forward bearded, pill-popping "Lost" character Jack Shepherd -- was arrested at 3:23 a.m. with a passenger in the car. Details are sketchy, but according to TMZ, Fox was en route to a fast food restaurant for some late night snacks at the time of his arrest.

Fox, 45, and his family -- he has two children -- live in Bend, Oregon. In August 2011, Fox was accused of punching a female bus driver in the chest and pelvic area after he was denied entry to a private party bus in Ohio. He wasn't officially charged, though a civil suit has been filed.
