Is Nate Archibald getting cozy with an older woman? Chace Crawford, who plays the "Gossip Girl" hot guy in residence, is reportedly dating ESPN sportscaster Erin Andrews.

According to Us Weekly, the 26-year-old Crawford has been out on "a couple" dates with Andrews, 34.

"They're getting to know each other," a source tells the magazine.

The actor and his "Dancing with the Stars" alum date have been spotted out together at an event and dinner in New York City.
