Cindy Crawford models with daughter Kaia Gerber for JCPenney -- wasn't she against it?

Supermodel Cindy Crawford must have made a deal with some magical creature. She doesn't appear to have aged a day since her modeling heyday in the eighties. Her mom and her daughter Kaia Gerber are equally as gorgeous, as seen in the below video ad for JCPenney.

In the video, Gerber says of Crawford,"She's the best mom in the world. She's so nice and I can just hang out with her and have fun." Now that is beyond adorable. It's a lovely video, but surprising, since Crawford recently pulled the plug on her daughter's modeling career.

Crawford's daughter is only 10. She had been part of the Young Versace campaign. Crawford tells Daily Front Row, "At this point, she's too young to pursue a career. There aren't even a handful of jobs for a 10-year-old girl. But if she's 17 and wants to try it...of course, what can I say? She's really into singing and acting. She kind of jokingly said--I'm not even sure if it was jokingly--'I might model first because you don't have to know how to do anything, but then I want to be a baby nurse.'"
