Blind dog and his guide dog -- only the heartless won't cry with happiness
Just in the nick of time, Blair entered his life. Blair is a one-year-old stray pup that had been shot and was suffering from anxiety. She changed Tanner's life completely. The connection was immediate," the hospital's Dr. Mike Jones tells People. "It probably did take us a few weeks to kind of go, 'You know what? Tanner's not seizing anymore and Blair is getting [less skittish].'"
Tanner is lead around by Blair, who carries his leash in her mouth. It seems they've saved each other. Adoption requests are coming in, but Jones says, "This is a relationship that's going to be ten plus years, hopefully. We're looking for that needle-in-a-haystack type owner that will be able to handle the situation."
