Billboard Music Awards 2012: Did Chris Brown lip-sync his way through 'Turn up the Music?'

Chris Brown is a very talented artist. But his performance of "Turn up the Music" at the Billboard Music Awards on Sunday (May 20) left a lot to be desired.

While visually it was stimulating, complete with a half-pipe and BMX bikers, Brown seemed to be lip-synching the entire time. And to make matters worse, he was off on the lyrical cues multiple times.

This isn't the first time that a Brown award show performance hasn't been sharp. At the 2012 Grammys, he was clearly auto-tuned to the hilt. This all being said, the gathered masses at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas seemed unphased by it. But for the home viewer, it sure seemed a bit off.
