'Avengers' star Scarlett Johansson gets a Hollywood Walk of Fame spot
Scarlett Johansson became the 2,470th recipient of a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame Wednesday (May 2), just in time for the opening of "The Avengers" in theaters.Johansson's "Avengers" co-stars Jeremy Renner and Clark Gregg, along with mother Melanie Sloan and grandmother Dorothy Sloan, attended the unveiling in front of Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum on Hollywood Boulevard. She wore a short, black-and-white dress for the occasion and did the usual posing in front of her newly installed star, and also signed autographs for fans. Take a look:

Johansson and the rest of "The Avengers" assemble on screen Friday, and there's a fair chance we'll see her Black Widow character in future Marvel movies too -- though evidently not in "Iron Man 3."
